Our History
The Pub and Coffee Shop was originally founded by Beverly and Sean Edwards, whose journey began in Central Florida. Inspired by the warm, welcoming spirit of their favorite local pub, they brought that same inviting hospitality to the heart of Centre, Alabama. Beverly and Sean poured their passion into every detail of The Pub, creating a space that felt like home for both locals and visitors alike. When the time came to pass the torch, they were determined to find someone who would not only preserve their legacy but also uphold the values that had shaped the Pub from the very beginning. In 2025, that vision was fulfilled when the Brooks and Franco brothers took ownership.
